Test the business case
Connect customer discovery, market assumptions, product scope and operating costs. Identify what must be true for the venture to deserve further investment.
Venture execution for investors
An investment thesis needs an execution team. Zarryl helps investors turn a venture idea into a defined business plan, assemble its PCC and manage the agreed work from validation through launch and operations.
Discuss your next step ↗Your stage. Your priorities.
Start with the customer, the commercial model and the amount you are prepared to commit. We assess the capabilities and dependencies, then propose a first stage you can review. You decide whether to proceed, change direction or stop before committing to the next stage. Zarryl provides execution services; investment decisions and business risk remain with you.
Where we can help
Connect customer discovery, market assumptions, product scope and operating costs. Identify what must be true for the venture to deserve further investment.
Bring product, engineering, commercial and operating roles under a senior Zarryl Partner. Agree deliverables, decision rights, costs and progress reviews.
Connect sales, onboarding, service delivery and customer support. Review adoption, quality, spend and commercial progress before expanding the team.
An illustrative starting point
Suppose you want to build subscription software for a specific industry. The first PCC could bring together a product lead, developer, designer and customer researcher. A pilot tests the workflow with prospective users. If you approve the next stage, the scope can expand into production engineering, sales, onboarding and support. The decision gates might include pilot usage, unresolved defects, delivery cost and willingness to pay.
This is an example of a possible scope, not a client case study or a promised outcome.
Planning your next step
This service builds and operates an agreed business scope. It does not promise funding, capital protection or investment returns. You approve capital commitments and retain investment decisions.
You retain business direction and approval over the agreed budget. Ownership, decision rights, access and commissioned IP are established before execution. A PCC engagement does not automatically give Zarryl equity.
Yes. Begin with a defined feasibility and validation scope. Team composition, budget and the evidence required for a go or no-go decision are agreed before delivery.
Start with your goals and the capability you are missing. A mutual NDA comes before sensitive discussions, followed by a defined brief and a USD 100 feasibility assessment. Execution is scoped and priced separately, with your approval before work begins.
After the feasibility assessment, your engagement receives a case ID and a senior Zarryl Partner leading your PCC (POD Capability Center). We agree responsibilities, milestones, costs and progress reviews before execution. You retain business decisions and IP ownership; your PCC takes responsibility for the agreed delivery. Your IP and sensitive information stay confidential.
Submitting an enquiry is free. Confidentiality agreements, the feasibility payment and execution terms are arranged separately with the team; this form does not complete those steps.
