Working with Zarryl

answered plainly.

Ask the teamWhat is Zarryl PCC?
Zarryl PCC means POD Capability Center. It is our next-generation approach to GCC support: a multidisciplinary delivery team led by a senior Zarryl Partner, combining the specialists, suppliers and infrastructure needed for an agreed business goal. Start with one requirement and expand the scope as your needs grow.
Can I start without a co-founder or an internal team?
Yes. You can bring the idea, strategy or available capital while Zarryl helps assemble the execution capability. Your PCC supports company setup, product development, launch and operations within an agreed scope. You retain business decisions and IP ownership; the engagement does not appoint Zarryl as a legal co-founder.
Can Zarryl work alongside an established team or GCC?
Yes. A PCC can take on a defined initiative, fill a specialist gap or improve a slow workflow alongside your existing teams and systems. We agree decision rights, access, milestones and handovers so work can move faster without bypassing the controls your business needs.
Can my PCC work across regions and around the clock?
Yes. We can plan regional business hours, overlapping shifts or 24/7 coverage through the global PCC network. Your brief defines the teams, markets, time zones and languages needed. We assess staffing, relief cover and handovers, then agree support hours, escalation and service targets before delivery.
How much control will I keep?
You set the strategy, approve the budget and retain business decisions and IP ownership. Your senior Zarryl Partner leads delivery within the agreed authority, with named owners, progress reviews and escalation for decisions that need you. Changes to scope, capacity or costs require your agreement.
Do I need funding before I speak to Zarryl?
No. Tell us your current resources and priorities. We can assess a realistic starting scope and help with funding readiness where needed. The USD 100 feasibility assessment and any execution costs are separate; funding and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Who owns my intellectual property?
Your IP remains yours and confidential. We agree ownership and handover of commissioned deliverables before execution, including source files, documentation and access where relevant. Pre-existing tools and third-party licences are identified in the terms. A mutual NDA comes before sensitive discussions.
Do I need a registered company already?
No. Company registration is one of the capabilities you can request. Tell us your current stage and the market in which you plan to operate.
Can I come to Zarryl for just one service?
Yes. Your brief can focus on a single requirement, such as finding an OEM supplier, or a broader set of connected needs. The assessment determines the scope and feasibility.
When should I share sensitive information?
After both sides have signed the mutual NDA. For the first enquiry, share a short overview. Leave out confidential documents, credentials and proprietary details.
Does the USD 100 fee include execution?
The fee covers the feasibility assessment. Resources, delivery work and any additional fees are scoped and agreed separately before execution.
Does Zarryl guarantee a billion dollars in revenue?
No. That is the scale of ambition we want to support, not a promised outcome. Revenue depends on the business, its market and execution. Our role is to assemble the capabilities, deliver the agreed work and help you make informed decisions about growth.
