Build / Product development

Turn a promising idea into a product people can use.

Keep the product connected to the problem it solves. Zarryl coordinates design, engineering and delivery around a focused first release and a sensible path beyond it.

The opportunity

Start with what must work. Build from there.

An ambitious roadmap can become expensive before it becomes useful. We help translate the opportunity into user needs, scope and acceptance criteria. Whether the brief concerns software or a physical product, the work begins with the evidence and constraints that should shape the first build.

What we can coordinate

From intention
to practical work.

01

Define a useful first release

Clarify users, priority workflows, constraints and the smallest scope that can demonstrate value.

02

Bring the delivery team together

Coordinate suitable designers, engineers, technical specialists and testing support, with responsibilities and milestones agreed in advance.

03

Prepare to launch and maintain

Organise testing, documentation, release decisions and handover so the product can be operated and improved after delivery.

A defined engagement

Know what you are
working towards.

The final deliverables are agreed around your needs. A scope may include:

  • A product brief, prioritised scope and acceptance criteria
  • A milestone plan with design, build and testing responsibilities
  • Release documentation and an agreed maintenance handover

Delivery dates and estimates follow discovery. Ownership of work, access to repositories or design files, third-party licences and maintenance responsibilities are set out in the engagement terms.

A considered start

Agree the work.
Then put it in motion.

Explore the engagement process ↗

Start with a high-level introduction. We arrange mutual confidentiality before sensitive discussions, clarify your requirements and propose a USD 100 feasibility assessment. Execution costs are separate.

After the agreed feasibility step, the planned engagement provides a case ID and an assigned associate to coordinate resources, responsibilities and progress.

Submitting an enquiry is free. Confidentiality agreements, the feasibility payment and execution terms are arranged separately with the team; this form does not complete those steps.

A few useful answers

Before we begin.

Can I bring an existing prototype or codebase?

Yes. We can scope an initial review to understand its condition, constraints and suitability before proposing further development.

Will you build everything on my roadmap?

We will help prioritise the work against your objectives, resources and evidence. Features and later phases are agreed explicitly rather than assumed.

Share your priorities, market and immediate challenge. A high-level brief is enough to start.
