Do not upload misleading prices, copied listings, forged records, discriminatory content or private identification details. Zarryl may request clarification, decline or withdraw a listing.
Admin approval is permission to publish on Zarryl, not certification of ownership, title, approvals, value or loan eligibility. The poster remains responsible for accuracy. Buyers and occupiers should carry out independent legal, financial, technical and site checks before any transaction.
Zarryl handles questions and follow-ups separately with each party. Buyers and sellers do not receive each other's contact details or private conversations. Do not include contact information in public listing text or media. Zarryl reviews media before publication, and may reject content that exposes contact details.
Any brokerage, marketing, professional service, development cost or revenue-sharing arrangement must be agreed separately in writing. A colony-development enquiry does not bind the landowner or Zarryl to a project. Feasibility, approvals, funding, scope and promoter responsibilities must be addressed before work starts.
