What can I find on Zarryl?
Find homes, residential plots, agricultural land, shops, warehouses and land offered for business uses. Compare properties for sale, rent or lease by location, area, asking price and intended use.
Who can list a property?
Owners, co-owners, authorised representatives, agents and developers can submit a property. You must state your role and have permission to advertise it. Every submission goes through admin review before it appears publicly.
Does an approved listing mean the property is legally approved?
No. Admin approval allows a listing to appear on Zarryl. Title, layout permissions, land-use conversion, RERA registration and loan eligibility require their own checks. Ask for the underlying documents before committing.
Can Zarryl help develop a colony on my land?
Yes. Zarryl works with landowners to assess colony-development potential, plan the project, coordinate required authority approvals, arrange development and market the plots under a written agreement. Feasibility, approvals, costs, responsibilities and sale terms are agreed for each project.
How is farmland lease rent shown?
Rent may be quoted for the whole property per month or year, or per bigha per year. Confirm the local bigha measurement, tenure, deposit, escalation, water and access before signing.
Where does Zarryl operate?
Zarryl serves Mainpuri, Shikohabad, Firozabad, Agra, Farrukhabad, Chhibramau, Etawah, Etah, Kasganj and nearby areas. Its office is at Sheetla Mata Mandir Chowk, Mainpuri 205001.
Do I need an account to enquire?
No. Buyers can send an enquiry with their name, phone number and requirement without an account or OTP. Sellers need a confirmed email account to submit and manage property listings.
Will a buyer or seller see my phone number?
No. Contact details are held privately for Zarryl’s admin team. Zarryl speaks with each party separately and handles the enquiry and follow-up. Do not put phone numbers or identity documents in public property photos or descriptions.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You receive a reference on screen after your enquiry is saved. Zarryl’s team can then contact you using your preferred method and language. Keep the reference for follow-up, or call +91 8057872550. There is no guaranteed response time or automatic SMS confirmation.
