When you register, Supabase processes your email and authentication details. Property submissions include the owner name, poster role, location, area, asking price, description and media you provide. Enquiries include your name, contact number, location and message. We also hold private property conversations and review decisions.
A property appears publicly only after admin approval. Its approved description, poster role, location, pricing, property facts and media may be visible to visitors and search engines. Owner names and contact details remain private. Do not include phone numbers, identity documents, bank details or unrelated personal information in public descriptions or media.
All buyer and seller enquiries go to Zarryl. Contact details are available only to authorised administrators and the person who provided them where signed in. Buyers and sellers cannot see each other's contacts or conversations. Guest enquiries do not require an account; phone numbers are recorded without OTP verification. Zarryl follows up separately with each party.
The website uses Vercel hosting and Supabase authentication, database and media storage. Fonts may be delivered by Google Fonts. These providers process the technical request information needed to deliver their services. Essential account cookies keep you signed in; the current build does not add advertising trackers.
Contact Zarryl to request correction, withdrawal of a listing or deletion of information. We may need to confirm your identity and retain information required for contractual, legal or security purposes. Withdrawing a listing removes it from the current catalogue, but previously shared copies and search-engine caches may take time to disappear.
