Find the worthwhile opportunities
Map task frequency, effort, errors and dependencies to prioritise the work with a credible business benefit.
Build / Automation
Repeatable work should not consume all your attention. Zarryl helps identify useful automation opportunities and coordinate workflows that reduce avoidable handling while preserving human judgement where it is needed.
Discuss your requirementsThe opportunity
A tool cannot fix an unclear responsibility. We begin by understanding the workflow, the information it uses and the decisions it contains. Then we assess where integrations, rules or AI-assisted steps could help, and where approvals or manual review should remain part of the process.
What we can coordinate
Map task frequency, effort, errors and dependencies to prioritise the work with a credible business benefit.
Coordinate integrations and automation specialists, define permissions and test both expected paths and failure cases.
Document monitoring, exception queues, change controls and recovery steps so someone knows when intervention is needed.
A defined engagement
The final deliverables are agreed around your needs. A scope may include:
Use of AI, sensitive information or external services requires an agreed data and access approach. Automation should be reviewed when the underlying process, tools or business rules change.
Start with a high-level introduction. We arrange mutual confidentiality before sensitive discussions, clarify your requirements and propose a USD 100 feasibility assessment. Execution costs are separate.
After the agreed feasibility step, the planned engagement provides a case ID and an assigned associate to coordinate resources, responsibilities and progress.
Submitting an enquiry is free. Confidentiality agreements, the feasibility payment and execution terms are arranged separately with the team; this form does not complete those steps.
A few useful answers
Not necessarily. We first assess whether existing tools can be connected or configured to support the intended process.
Only within a clearly agreed scope and appropriate controls. Decisions requiring professional judgement, authority or review should retain suitable human oversight.
Your next move
Share your priorities, market and immediate challenge. A high-level brief is enough to start.
